Police say a man was pronounced dead at the scene after officers responded to an early morning shooting call.<\/p>\n
SAN ANTONIO \u2014 A man is dead after an apparent self-inflicted shooting early Saturday morning on the northwest side of San Antonio.<\/p>\n
According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers were dispatched around 1:44 a.m. to the 7600 block of Autumn Park, not far from Prue Road, for a reported shooting in progress.<\/p>\n
When officers arrived, they found an unidentified man with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.<\/p>\n
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n
Authorities say it\u2019s still unclear what led up to the incident, and the man\u2019s identity has not yet been confirmed.<\/p>\n
