The next piece of the initiative to revitalize southeast Fort Worth\u2019s Stop Six neighborhood is on its way.<\/p>\n
The Fort Worth Housing Solutions<\/a> board voted unanimously March 31<\/a> to contract with Ojala Partners LP to provide development services for the Hughes House II<\/a> mixed-income apartment community and issue bonds to finance it.<\/p>\n Hughes House II is one of several apartment communities that Fort Worth Housing Solutions and partners are building to create more than 900 units across Stop Six<\/a> that will replace the demolished Cavile Place housing project and its 300 units.<\/p>\n Hughes House II will be built at Etta Street and Avenue G, joining the Hughes House I and Hughes House III affordable housing units at the same location.<\/p>\n Hughes House II will have 300 units, a community pool and a splash pad.
