Tatum Sr. says has faced longstanding economic and health challenges.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"800\">Materials <a href=\"https:\/\/blacktexans.blogspot.com\/2026\/04\/one-city-one-zip-code-two-different.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">posted<\/a> Saturday by Black Texans, Inc. say the initiative centers on the slogan \u201c100 Jobs. 100 Solutions. One Community Rising\u201d and focuses on the Morningside area. The post presents the effort as a long-term strategy to connect residents with work, health outreach, youth programming, food support, and other services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"990\">The push comes as 76104 has drawn attention for poor health outcomes.
