Avenue. <\/p>\n<p>In a news release authorities said a white Lexus SUV driving westbound on East Parker Rd hit a man walking northbound across East Parker Rd. <\/p>\n<p>Police said the pedestrian was taken to the hospital where he died. On Monday the man was identified as 44-year-old Milton Ochoa Cifuentes from Plano.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators said it does not appear speed or alcohol were factors in the crash.
