The business would sell side-by-sides and other vehicles, along with parts, and include a repair shop.<\/p>\n<p>The city is offering a seven-year sales tax rebate that would start at 100 percent of taxes going back to the business, then gradually shift more revenue to the city in an effort to help the business get started.<\/p>\n<p>The city council is also set to discuss the budget for the new fiscal year beginning in May and pay bills of about $506,300.<\/p>\n<p>The council meets at Plano City Hall, 17 E.
