It&#8217;s a trap. You open the door and get hit with a blast of heat that feels VERY personal. The steering wheel? It&#8217;s untouchable. The seatbelt buckle? A weapon. And you always forget, but you grab it anyway.<\/p>\n<p>And then, there&#8217;s the sprint.\u00a0Every single Lubbock resident has mastered the art of running from the parking lot and into the air-conditioned indoors as fast as humanly possible. Bonus points are awarded to EVERYONE because you&#8217;re probably wearing flip-flops.<\/p>\n<p>And let\u2019s talk about the classic line: \u201cIt\u2019s not that bad, it\u2019s a dry heat.\u201d No. I refuse to listen to that nonsense.
