A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, prompting an hours-long closure. The highway has since reopened.\u00a0<\/p>\n
According to police, a juvenile climbed over a cement guardrail into the express lanes and was struck by two separate vehicles. Both vehicles pulled over as soon as they were able to safely do so and called 9-1-1.\u00a0<\/p>\n
