The City of Arlington has issued and finalized more than 1,200 permits for both residential and non-residential projects, including single and multi-family housing, remodels, additions and other property improvements in the fourth quarter of 2025, according to the latest\u00a0Quarterly Development Profile<\/a>. Compared to the third quarter, there was an overall increase in permitting activity.<\/p>\n

The Quarterly Development Profile provides basic growth statistics and is produced by the City of Arlington\u2019s Department of Planning & Development Services. The publication includes permitting activity and the locations of new single-family and multifamily construction projects occurring within The American Dream City.<\/p>\n
