He pointed to a track record of pro-business decisions, including the state\u2019s constitutional ban on an income tax.<\/p>\n<p>DRAWING A CONTRAST: Without naming specific cities, Johnson said Dallas stands apart from places adding costs and constraints, saying others are \u201cgetting it wrong\u201d by embracing \u201cless capitalist approaches.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>THE SALES PITCH: Johnson highlighted Texas\u2019 rise as a top destination for corporate relocations, many moving from New York and California.
