Dallas-Fort Worth always features heavily on the list but a full sweep is unusual. That speaks to the size and health of the luxury market in the Dallas area.<\/p>\n<p>The estate at 10010 Strait Lane hit the market March 1 with an asking price of $24.9 million. The Preston Hollow home spans 16,684 square feet with seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and five half-bathrooms.
