AUSTIN, Texas \u2014 A pedestrian who was killed in a southeast Austin crash<\/a> on Friday has been identified.<\/p>\n According to the Austin Police Department (APD), officers responded around 6:30 a.m. to a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian on the eastbound frontage road in the 2100 block of East Ben White Boulevard. \u00a0<\/p>\n APD said the driver was not impaired, remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. The driver and a passenger were treated for minor injuries. \u00a0<\/p>\n The pedestrian, identified as 30-year-old Jada Martin, was pronounced dead at the scene. \u00a0<\/p>\n The crash remains under investigation by APD.<\/p>\n Anyone with any information regarding this incident are urged to contact APD’s Vehicular Homicide unit at 512-974-8111.
