The apartment community will have 172 one-bedroom units, 86 two-bedroom units, 11 studio units and eight three-bedroom units, according to the news release.<\/p>\n
Inside the apartments there will be wood flooring, private patios and balconies, granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances.<\/p>\n
The community will have amenities like a sky lounge with an outdoor terrace, courtyards with fire pits and a pool with loungers and\u00a0sundecks.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The building will also be connected to an existing parking garage and have a modern masonry facade.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The $77.8 million project is financed in partnership with Nebraska Furniture Mart and lending support from Quad real.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The apartment complex is the 124th JPI development in D-FW, Fadule said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
