Tickets go on sale Monday, April 27, with presales starting Thursday, April 23.<\/p>\n<p>People must sign up by Tuesday, April 21, at 9 p.m.\u00a0to take part in the presale.<\/p>\n<p>The R&amp;B Tour will make stops in the days before Houston in San Antonio and El Paso.
