Interactive data shows where drivers lost the most time.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"serif-copy text-width mb-md\">Researchers analyzed traffic on more than 2,100 road segments by measuring speeds during delays, speeds when roads are clear and traffic volumes every 15 minutes throughout the week. Rapid population and job growth drove congestion in major metros such as Houston.<\/p>\n<p class=\"serif-copy text-width mb-md\">So, where are the hotspots?
