{"id":251227,"date":"2026-04-15T18:00:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T18:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/251227\/"},"modified":"2026-04-15T18:00:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T18:00:07","slug":"hillwood-announces-construction-of-2-logistics-buildings-in-alliance-area-of-fort-worth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/251227\/","title":{"rendered":"Hillwood announces construction of 2 logistics buildings in Alliance area of Fort Worth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hillwood.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hillwood<\/a>, a commercial and real estate development company, announced that two new speculative industrial buildings are coming to the Alliance area of Fort Worth.<\/p>\n<p>The gist<\/p>\n<p>A news release stated that Alliance Gateway 70 and Alliance Gateway 71 would be located at the intersection of Independence Parkway and Henrietta Creek, near SH 170. Construction on both buildings started in March and will be completed by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The two buildings will bring the total of current Hillwood industrial projects under construction to five, joining Alliance Westport 12 and 15 and Alliance Gateway 34. Alliance Westport 12 was announced in March, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/keller-roanoke-northeast-fort-worth\/development\/2026\/03\/20\/hillwood-building-4-spec-buildings-in-alliance-area-of-fort-worth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">previous reporting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The five projects total 3.1 million square feet and there is an additional 2.6 million square feet is in predevelopment, according to a news release. That is the largest speculative industrial pipeline in Hillwood\u2019s history at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alliancetexas.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">AllianceTexas<\/a>, a 27,000-acre master-planned development.<\/p>\n<p>The details<\/p>\n<p>Alliance Gateway 70 will be 268,623 square feet, feature a 36-foot clear height, 310-foot building depth, 60-foot loading bays, 47 dock doors and two drive-in ramps. The facility includes EV-charging infrastructure and will have a 185-foot truck court, according to the release. There is a 2,500-square-foot office planned, as well.<\/p>\n<p>There will be 270 car parking spots and 68 trailer parking spaces, with on-site space for future parking.<\/p>\n<p>The estimated completion date for Gateway 70 is in the third quarter of this year.<\/p>\n<p>Alliance Gateway 71 will be 501,235 square feet and include a 40-foot clear height, 470-foot building depth, 60-foot loading bays, 105 dock doors, and four drive-in ramps. Like Gateway 70, this will also have a 185-foot truck court and EV-charging infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Parking for Gateway 71 includes 149 trailer parking spaces and 294 car parking spaces.
