Like most people, I grew up watching Walt Disney\u2019s animated films on loop. My parents had a huge VHS and DVD collection of the studio\u2019s films from \u201cBeauty and the Beast\u201d to \u201cThe Hunchback of Notre Dame.\u201d<\/p>\n
One of my personal favorites is \u201cThe Princess and the Frog.\u201d What can I say? The film\u2019s song \u201cAlmost There\u201d is a great one to play when I need a confidence boost.\u00a0<\/p>\n
If you love Disney films as much as I do, you\u2019re in for a treat. The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra will perform some of the studio\u2019s biggest hits from the last decade at Will Rogers Auditorium this Saturday.<\/p>\n

Oklahoma is the reigning national champion and seeking its eighth title. <\/p>\n What: 2026 NCAA Women\u2019s National Collegiate Gymnastics Championships<\/p>\n When: 3:30 p.m., 8 p.m. April 16; 3 p.m. April 18 <\/p>\n Where: Dickies Arena, 1911 Montgomery St., Fort Worth<\/p>\n Admission: $10-$253<\/a><\/p>\n Relish in the delight of beloved pickle festival<\/a><\/p>\n Sample five pickle beers and participate in a pickle eating contest at the return of this fan favorite festival. There will be local vendors and live music on-site. <\/p>\n What: Pickle Fest 2026<\/p>\n When: Noon-5 p.m. April 18<\/p>\n Where: Martin House Brewing Company, 220 S. Sylvania Ave., Fort Worth<\/p>\n Admission: $20<\/a> wristbands<\/p>\n Sit on the edge of your seat for two secret film screenings<\/a><\/p>\n Enjoy a sip of wine or beer as you watch the silver screen.
