They\u00a0found that a car struck a parked car and then traveled a short distance before it stopped.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Emergency crews found a man dead in the passenger area of the wrecked car, the release said. Crews provided medical care to the driver, but he died on the scene. The identities of the two men have not been released.<\/p>\n<p>As the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/news\/crime\/\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> investigation <\/a>went on, fire crews found a large amount of an unknown chemical inside the vehicle, the release said.
