It will also include &#8220;an indoor amenity, leasing lobby space and an outdoor pool courtyard for residents.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The development will be about 462,000 square feet and estimated to cost upwards of $65 million, the filing states. The apartment project is owned by Boston-based <a href=\"https:\/\/gid.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">General Investment and Development<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Some context<\/p>\n<p>The Bell District is a partnership between the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedarparktexas.gov\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">city of Cedar Park<\/a> and private developer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redleaf-properties.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">RedLeaf<\/a> with the goal of building a walkable, community-oriented district. The city&#8217;s website describes it as &#8220;a community-driven, transformative redevelopment project designed to become the heart of Cedar Park.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Bell District is already home to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedarparktexas.gov\/1284\/NEW-Public-Library\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cedar Park Public Library<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedarparktexas.gov\/1454\/Bell-Park\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bell Park<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/belldistrict.com\/about\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Future plans<\/a> for the district include a great lawn, expanded trails, retail space, townhomes and office space, according to city documents.<\/p>\n<p>440 S.
