Richardson locations include the Islamic Association of North Texas and Ministerios Charisma, and operating hours vary by day:<\/p>\n<p>April 20, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.April 22-24, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.April 25, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.April 26, 12 p.m.-6 p.m.April 27-28, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.Richardson residents who live in Collin County must vote at either Methodist Richardson Medical Center Campus for Continuing Care or the Collin County Elections Office in McKinney. Operating hours vary by day:April 20, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.April 22-25, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.April 27-28, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.What\u2019s on the ballot<\/p>\n<p>Richardson voters will see five bond propositions, 50 charter amendments and up to two Richardson ISD school board elections on the ballot:<\/p>\n<p>Richardson bond election: The ballot will include five <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/richardson\/election\/2026\/04\/10\/roads-on-the-ballot-richardson-voters-to-consider-2234m-bond-in-may\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">propositions<\/a> for the city\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/richardson\/government\/2025\/12\/16\/richardson-bond-proposal-prioritizes-infrastructure-parks-fire\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$223.4 million bond proposal<\/a>, including funds for street improvements, fire facilities, park and recreational facilities, sidewalks, and flood control and drainage.Richardson charter amendments: Many of the <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/richardson\/government\/2026\/03\/25\/what-to-know-about-richardsons-upcoming-charter-election\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">50 charter amendments<\/a> are grammatical corrections or clarifying language, but substantive amendments include adding a one-year residency requirement for council, board and commission members, and requiring a mayor or council member to <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/richardson\/government\/2026\/02\/11\/richardson-city-council-calls-charter-election-with-prospective-resign-to-run-provision\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">resign<\/a> from their position if they become a candidate for a different elective public office.Richardson ISD board of trustees: All voters who live in Richardson ISD will vote in the election for <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/richardson\/education\/2026\/03\/25\/qa-meet-the-candidates-running-for-the-richardson-isd-school-board-place-6\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">At-Large Place 6<\/a> on the school board. Voters who live in <a href=\"https:\/\/web.risd.org\/board\/wp-content\/uploads\/SingleMemberMap-2022.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">RISD District 3<\/a> will also vote in the election for the <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/richardson\/education\/2026\/03\/24\/qa-meet-the-candidates-for-richardson-isd-school-board-district-3\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">District 3 seat<\/a>.While the ballot is required to state that each bond proposition \u201cis a tax increase,\u201d City Manager Don Magner said the program does not include a tax rate increase.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s next<\/p>\n<p>All polls will be open 7 a.m.-7 p.m. May 2 for election day. Dallas County residents may vote at any Dallas County election day <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallascountyvotes.org\/vote-centers\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">locations<\/a>, which will include Berkner High School, Canyon Creek Elementary and other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cor.net\/government\/city-secretary\/elections\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Richardson locations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Richardson residents who live in Collin County must vote at one of the following locations on election day:<\/p>\n<p>Aldridge Elementary: 720 Pleasant Valley Lane, RichardsonCollin County Elections Office: 2010 Redbud Blvd., McKinneyMethodist Richardson Medical Center Campus for Continuing Care: 403 W.
