Quoc Viet Ngo, 50, was arrested Friday as he allegedly drove to the home of a person he believed to be a 15-year-old girl, Rosen said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/share\/p\/18DvPWY56M\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">in a social media post<\/a>. According to Rosen, Ngo was traveling to &#8220;engage in sexual activity&#8221; with the minor.
