Posted citation items reflect any amendments to citations that are the result of a prompt settlement, which OSHA encourages,\u201d read part of the inspection detail by OSHA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">As of this reporting, both employees are receiving appropriate medical care.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cEmployers and employee representatives will continue to receive copies of the citations upon issuance,\u201d according to OSHA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
