BRYAN, Texas \u2013 A Texas college student participated in a triathlon to inspire others after losing a family friend to cancer.<\/p>\n
The event took place on Friday, April 17, in the Waco, Temple, and Bryan areas.<\/p>\n
Adam Bolline, a local college student, raced in honor of Charlie Van Eman, who died from cancer.<\/p>\n
A cancer survivor himself, Bolline says he wants to show people it’s possible to bear the impossible.<\/p>\n
The Texas A&M Triathlon Club gave two completion medals to Charlie’s brothers.<\/p>\n
The event was so successful that Bolline is already planning on participating in another event this upcoming September.<\/p>\n
