Police say a witness saw the man attack the woman before turning the knife on himself.<\/p>\n
A woman was killed and a man was critically injured after a stabbing Saturday night at a motel on the west side of San Antonio.<\/p>\n
According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers were called around 9:08 p.m. to the InTown Suites in the 7400 block of Culebra Road for a reported stabbing in progress.<\/p>\n
When officers arrived, they found a 63-year-old woman dead from stab wounds.<\/p>\n
Police also found a 36-year-old man with what appeared to be self-inflicted stab wounds. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition.<\/p>\n
Investigators say both individuals had been staying at the motel, though their relationship has not been confirmed.<\/p>\n
A witness told officers they saw the man stabbing the woman before he allegedly turned the knife on himself.<\/p>\n
