The last time the Aggies (30-7, 11-5 SEC) took a three-game series against the Tigers (23-17, 6-11),\u00a0the Maroon and White outscored them 15-9 in 1978.<\/p>\n
A&M first played LSU the year before\u00a0and took the inaugural series in Baton Rouge 2-1. The\u00a0Aggies started the rivalry 7-3 in their first 10 meetings.<\/p>\n
