He was married to the woman arrested.<\/p>\n<p>Police said they were able to arrest the woman on a murder charge after years of advancements in investigative techniques, modern technology and new information from a key witness.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;For 24 years, the Weiss family has waited for answers. Today\u2019s arrest is an important step toward justice, and we will continue working until everyone involved is held accountable,&#8221; Frisco police Chief David\u00a0Shilson said in the release.<\/p>\n<p>Police ask anyone with information regarding this cold case to contact the department at 972-292\u20116010.
