Since the company announced its plans, Hobson says Sinton has evolved into what he calls the \u201csteel hub\u201d of the Coastal Bend region.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe really didn&#8217;t start growing until about 2020 when Steel Dynamics announced that they were coming out here. When Steel Dynamics started building, we started having newer interest in developments. As we get more rooftops, we&#8217;ll get more commercial and opportunities for more jobs,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Hobson says the growth is not limited to industry.
