LOS ANGELES \u2014 The family of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez has issued their first statement since Houston-area singer D4vd, whose legal name is David Burke, was charged with murder<\/a> in the girl’s death.<\/p>\n The arrest came months after Rivas Hernandez’s remains were discovered<\/a> inside the trunk of a Tesla registered in Burke’s name at a Hollywood tow yard. Court records described the remains as “severely decomposed” and dismembered. That was on Sept. 8.
