[Photo: Pudu]<\/p>\n<p>Pudu Robotics called the Dallas area \u201ca central hub for nationwide and cross\u2011regional operations across the Americas\u201d ad said the region \u201cbrings strong strategic advantages.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Raymond Pan, Pudu\u2019s GM of the Americas, said his company is \u201cbuilding for the long-term in the Americas with a localized approach.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur ambition over the next five years is to serve one million people across the U.S.,\u201d he added in a statement. \u201cOur new headquarters and infrastructure optimization provide a foundation for this ambition, alongside continuing investment in localized products, enhancing our local supply chain, and strengthening our partner ecosystem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Seeing new HQ as a springboard for \u2018rapid, scalable growth\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Pudu said Richardson and greater Dallas offer \u201cwell-developed logistics and supply chain infrastructure, a business\u2011friendly environment, and access to a broad base of enterprise customers.\u201d The area\u2019s central location will allow Pudu more efficient coverage across both North America and South America, as Pudu transitions into a phase of \u201crapid, scalable growth in the Americas,\u201d the company said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As part of Pudu\u2019s broader infrastructure optimization, the company said it has transitioned its former U.S. HQ in Santa Clara into a \u201cstreamlined logistics support function outpost\u201d and established a dual\u2011warehouse system on both coasts to support nationwide delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Pudu\u2019s top-selling robots<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-286757\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Pudu-D5-Series-robot.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"970\" height=\"464\"\/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-286757\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pudu D5 Series robot [Photo: Pudu Robotics]<\/p>\n<p>Pudu said its service delivery robots are led by the\u00a0 retail and hospitality \u201cindustry-favorite\u201d BellaBot and the newly enhanced BellaBot Pro.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the commercial cleaning sector, its recently launched PUDU BG1 series offers an AI-native large scrubber-dryer robot built for heavy-duty environments.<\/p>\n<p>Pudu\u2019s industrial\u00a0T-series robots provide versatile logistics support with payload capacities ranging from 150kg to 600kg, streamlining warehouse and factory workflows, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>And recently launched PUDU D5 series (above) is an autonomous, vaguely dog-like quadruped robot, \u201cpushing the boundaries of how robots interact with and adapt to complex human environments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s robots have been adopted by Walmart, Quik Trip, Accenture, NASA, Mayo Clinic, Norwegian Cruise Line, Honeywell, top automotive brands, and others, Pudu said.<\/p>\n<p>Pudu said it will continue expanding its presence across key sectors including retail, logistics, food service, healthcare, and commercial cleaning, while bringing its service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial delivery, and general embodied AI robotics solutions into broader industry scenarios.<\/p>\n<p>The company said it has shipped more than 120,000 units shipped worldwide, with operations spanning over 80 countries and regions, and 23% market share in commercial service robotics\u2014ranking No. 1 globally per Frost &amp; Sullivan\u2019s \u201cMarket Research on Global Commercial Service Robotics (2023).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss what\u2019s next.
