Headlining the event is Jaime Olivares y Los Mensajeros Del Sabor, known for delivering lively Latin tropical performances.

Beyond the music, guests can explore dozens of vendor booths offering arts and crafts, desserts and a variety of food options. Among the returning vendors is Dominique Sauceda of Home Team Hot Dogs and More, a South Side, family-owned business that has participated in the festival since 2016. The company operates food trucks and booths across the city, serving favorites such as tacos, nachos, funnel cakes, and hot dogs.

“We love being part of Festival de Cascarones,” Sauceda said. “It’s a great opportunity to connect with the community.
