The vast majority of those are classified as having satisfactory or higher ratings; however, the 2026 bridge status report highlighted 35 bridges overall in need of near-term rehabilitation or total replacement: nine major bridges, 18 small bridges and culverts, and eight pedestrian- and bike-centric bridges.<\/p>\n<p>City officials noted the sticker price behind those 35 repairs runs to the tune of approximately $89.5 million across the next five years, based on current cost estimates.
