About the business<\/p>\n

Locally owned by Ryan and Erica Chody, the Creasy’s BBQ<\/a> truck will open in the Sunset on the \u2018Rise Food Truck Park.<\/p>\n

Named for a beloved dog, Ryan Chody said the food truck will offer authentic, slow-smoked BBQ cooked over a traditional offset smoker in a grand opening event 6-9 p.m. May 15, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. May 16, and a special breakfast taco menu 8 a.m.-12 p.m. May 17.<\/p>\n

What’s on the menu <\/p>\n

Creasy\u2019s offers prime brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey breast, pork spare ribs and pulled ham as well as breakfast tacos. Customers can also order prepped meals from Creasy’s through the business’s website.<\/p>\n
