Tucked in Houston\u2019s historic Riverside Terrace neighborhood, the 4,010-square-foot home reflects\u00a0Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s early years in the city and the area\u2019s legacy as a longtime enclave for Black professionals and business leaders.<\/p>\n
The celebrity connection, coupled with the home\u2019s location on a desirable street, drove significant interest after it was listed about two weeks ago, said Yvonne\u00a0Bonner-Holley, Realtor with Keller Williams Realty who is marketing the home at 3346 Parkwood Drive<\/a>.<\/p>\n Article continues below this ad<\/p>\n After receiving multiple offers, a local buyer who made an \u201cexcellent\u201d offer is now under contract,\u00a0Bonner-Holley said.\u00a0<\/p>\n Fans have been calling from across the country to\u00a0inquire about the property,\u00a0Bonner-Holley said, prompting her to vet prospective buyers to ensure they\u2019re serious.<\/p>\n Bonner-Holley said she only held one open house that drew a large crowd.
