Food providers told The Dallas Morning News last year that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/news\/2025\/07\/31\/dallas-aims-to-curb-street-food-distribution-advocates-say-its-violating-their-rights\/\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">city\u2019s crackdown unfairly targets<\/a> those who are just trying to help the most vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion is centered around a unique issue\u00a0facing downtown and the residents who live south of it.
