HOUSTON \u2014 Police are investigating after a man was found shot inside a vehicle in northeast Houston on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n
Officers responded to a shooting call around 8:45 p.m. on Laura Koppe Road near Hirsch Road, where they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound, according to the Houston Police Department.<\/p>\n
The victim, identified only as a 36-year-old man, was taken to a hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.<\/p>\n
Investigators said the shooting appears to be an isolated incident. At this time, there are no known suspects.<\/p>\n
