Vendors must follow City regulations and are encouraged to connect early with Planning and Development Services and their Health Services Division to make sure they\u2019re set up for success.<\/p>\n

What businesses should know:<\/p>\n


\nPermits may be required for existing businesses: <\/p>\n

Outdoor activities such as pop-ups, tents, or selling food and merchandise outside your normal footprint may require temporary outdoor event, temporary food permits and\/or special event permits.<\/a><\/p>\n


\n
\nEntertainment District limitations: <\/p>\n

Special event and temporary outdoor event permits are paused within the area bounded by Center Street, Lamar Boulevard, Ballpark Way and Division Street<\/a>:<\/p>\n


\nThe day before matches
\nMatch days <\/p>\n

As a result, food trucks, food carts, or other food vending are not allowed in this area during those times.<\/p>\n

City officials emphasize early planning and communication to avoid issues and support a successful experience.<\/p>\n
