Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, will be opening a\u00a0Meta Lab store at the Galleria later this year.<\/p>\n
“We’re excited to bring Meta Lab to Texas for the first time,” a Meta spokesperson said. “Houston’s\u00a0Galleria is the perfect home for our next location, and we’re on track to open later next year.”<\/p>\n
Meta Lab locations allow people to try Meta products, such as AI Glasses, in a retail setting.<\/p>\n
There are currently five Meta Lab locations open across the country in Burlingame, California, Honolulu, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and New York City, per the company’s website.<\/p>\n
