OpenTable released its annual list of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opentable.com\/c\/top-restaurants\/top-100-brunch\/#texas\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">top 100 brunch spots<\/a> across the country, including nearly a dozen in the Lone Star state.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant reservation platform&#8217;s latest rankings were compiled based on 10 million reviews from March 2025 to March 2026 with eateries evaluated on diner ratings, percentage of advance reservations, percentage of capacity, direct searches and other data points.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Among the list of OpenTable&#8217;s top-rated restaurants, 11 in Texas made the list from Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio\u2014many of which have also been spotlighted with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chron.com\/food\/article\/texas-michelin-guide-full-winners-21127141.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Michelin<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chron.com\/food\/article\/james-beard-awards-texas-22161482.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">James Beard Foundation<\/a> recognition:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This comes months behind the recognition of 10 Texas restaurants in OpenTable&#8217;s Top 100 Restaurants in America in Austin, Dallas and Houston, as Chron <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chron.com\/food\/article\/houston-texas-opentable-top-restaurants-21194642.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">previously reported.<\/a> With back-to-back recognition, Aba and Suerte were both highly ranked on the Top 100 Restaurants list and Top 100 Brunch lists.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Texas&#8217; dining scene is back in the national spotlight, and this time for its impeccable\u00a0brunch.
