(KTSM)<\/p>\n<p>The notification sent out Friday morning did not disclose other information.<\/p>\n<p>Green tape was spotted by KTSM 9 News cameras early Friday morning on a rail near McDonald\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"Green tape seen along N.
