Because if we can\u2019t get in off Cesar Chavez or Florida, Carolina, we\u2019re kind of blocked in,\u201d Stendahl said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The neighborhood association is working with city planners on a residential parking permit program. (Copyright 2025 by KSAT &#8211; All rights reserved.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Beyond immediate traffic concerns, Stendahl emphasizes the importance of meeting construction deadlines and managing detours effectively. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cDeconflicting construction timelines and detours so that we still have routes for residents and businesses to access things\u201d remains a priority, she notes, adding that many residential streets cannot handle increased traffic from detours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The infrastructure improvements, while crucial for the arena project, are separate from the arena\u2019s funding structure.
