To answer this query, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) added a \u201cBlooms Across Texas\u201d layer to its Statewide Planning Map<\/a>.<\/p>\n Texans can now view the best spots for wildflowers, including bluebonnets, Indian paintbrushes, prairie verbena and Indian blankets, with just a click.
