You can tell everyone has a real family feel around here,&#8221; Downs said while sitting next to owner Jerry Jones and head coach Brian Schottenheimer. &#8220;When I came on my top-30 visit, you get to meet everybody and I asked &#8216;How long have you been here?&#8217; and there were countless people who said they&#8217;ve been here 10 years, 13 years, 15 years.
