Among 11 Texas establishments, two Houston concepts both made the cut and you can understand why: they\u2019re both Michelin concepts.<\/p>\n<p>Le Jardinier in the Museum District and Maximo in West University Place were among the 11 Texas restaurants to make OpenTable\u2019s top 100 brunch list.<\/p>\n<p>Le Jardinier is an artful, French-style restaurant on the grounds of the Museum of Fine Arts. Available on Saturdays and Sundays, its brunch menu is available a la carte and in as a four-course tasting menu. Divided into starters, entrees, and desserts, its brunch menu highlights include the traditional beef tartare, chilled corn veloute, and tartine noir.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s no wrong order for its entree selection; favorites include the pork belly benedict, french omelette, and Tunisian eggs. For dessert, order The Butterfly.<\/p>\n<p>Presently a <a href=\"https:\/\/secrethouston.com\/houston-james-beard-awards-finalists-2026\/\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secrethouston.com\/houston-james-beard-awards-finalists-2026\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_1\" data-category=\"click_internal\">James Beard Award semifinalist<\/a>, Chef Adrian Torres\u2019 Maximo is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant.
