Construction on the 5,000-square-foot restaurant will start in November 2027 and finish in April 2028, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026017995\" data-link=\"native\" class=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">state filing shows<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant will be at 8889 Bandera Road in the Leon Valley area near O.P. Schnabel Park. It will cost $4.5 million and include a drive-thru and outdoor area.<\/p>\n<p>Chick-fil-A has nearly 40 locations in the San Antonio area, including one further north on Bandera Road near Loop 1604.
