Started in 2015, Geraldine\u2019s has been serving up unique dishes and cocktails with a side of in house live music. Overlooking the Van Zandt pool, the restaurant also offers a tailored pool bar menu so you can enjoy all there is to offer from anywhere! Inside the restaurant there is a menu for anytime of day hosting breakfast, brunch, dinner, happy hour featuring a rotating 3 course prefix menu.<\/p>\n

Across these menus you can find dishes like Chilaquiles with roasted chicken, salsa, beans and queso fresco. If you\u2019re in the mood for something more simple but just as delicious Geraldine\u2019s features biscuits with honey butter and jam, avocado toast and decadent steak and eggs. Within the dinner menu some highlight dishes include Mole Verde, Carne Asada, Scallop Crudo and so much more. From brunch foods to all things steak, seafood, and vegetarian options Geraldine\u2019s has it all.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re looking to grab a few drinks at the in house bar, signature cocktails include the \u201cDamn Good Margarita\u201d and \u201cTongue Tied\u201d , a blend of mi campo blanco tequila, mint, grapefruit and lime juice, and orange soda. They also serve beer, wine by the glass or bottle, and zero proof options. Diving into the happy hour menu, there is a rotating prefix menu featuring 3 courses all from 5-6:30 PM daily. Starting off with a bang both in flavor and deal, Geraldines features a \u201cGroupie Flight\u201d with 3 mini martinis for $6 with the option of Vodka or Gin.<\/p>\n

Options for a starter include the tomato soup with a chicken tomato broth, crispy tortillas, crema, cheese, avocado and guajillo pepper. In addition, there\u2019s also a choice of the placer salad with tomatoes, beans, cactus, onion, cheese, and peppers. Moving into the main courses there is the option of enmoladas de pato which is a duck confit enchilada covered in a deep burgundy mole sauce with fresh onions, cilantro, and a creamy crema drizzle. For a vegetarian option there are the mushroom enchiladas with mixed wild mushrooms, a chipotle tomato sauce, chihuahua cheese, and crema to top it off.<\/p>\n

Finally for dessert, a pan de elote completes the meal, with a soft corn bread pudding with a cajeta and tequila sauce topped with a fresh whipped cream.<\/p>\n
