(WJHG\/WECP) &#8211; A Texas man wanted for murder is now under arrest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">In a press release, the Panama City Police Department says they were notified about a fugitive in the area out of Arlington Texas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Detectives were able to locate the suspect, identified as Xavier L.
