Investigators said a 2021 Chevrolet Camaro was traveling westbound on Montana at a high rate of speed when it struck a concrete barrier and curb, causing the vehicle to roll over.<\/p>\n<p>Police said the driver, Erick Holguin, an 18-year-old El Paso resident, and the passenger, Jonathan Reyes, a 17-year-old El Paso resident, suffered serious injuries and were taken to the hospital. Holguin later died from his injuries.
