{"id":268291,"date":"2026-04-27T15:13:24","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T15:13:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/268291\/"},"modified":"2026-04-27T15:13:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T15:13:24","slug":"strongsville-police-charge-texas-man-in-deadly-shooting-at-costco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/268291\/","title":{"rendered":"Strongsville police charge Texas man in deadly shooting at Costco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text | article-text\">STRONGSVILLE, Ohio (WOIO) &#8211; A 22-year-old Fort Worth, Texas man is now charged in connection with the deadly shooting at Costco Saturday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Christian Bryant is charged with murder and will be arraigned in Berea Municipal Court on Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Randolph Corrigan, a Costco employee, was killed in the shooting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officers responded to the store in the 16600 block of Royalton Rd. at 5:43 p.m. Saturday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">When they arrived, Corrigan, 61, was found with multiple gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to a Strongsville Police investigative report, Corrigan was shot seven to eight times. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police said they immediately began first aid before paramedics transferred him to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he died.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleveland19.com\/2026\/04\/27\/victim-identified-deadly-costco-shooting-strongsville\/?outputType=amp\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.cleveland19.com\/2026\/04\/27\/victim-identified-deadly-costco-shooting-strongsville\/?outputType=amp\">PREVIOUS: Victim identified in deadly Costco shooting in Strongsville<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Corrigan was the sole caregiver for his mother. The two lived together in a Cleveland neighborhood on the city\u2019s west side.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Anyone who was at Costco and has not spoken to an officer is asked to email the Strongsville Detective Bureau at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cleveland19.com\/2026\/04\/27\/strongsville-police-charge-texas-man-deadly-shooting-costco\/mailto:detective.bureau@strongsville.org\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">detective.bureau@strongsville.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WOIO.
