April 2026 Student-Athlete of the Month: Wesley Bui <\/p>\n

Wesley Bui, a senior on Bowie High School\u2019s tennis team, has been selected as the City of Arlington\u2019s Student-Athlete of the Month<\/a>\u00a0for April 2026.<\/p>\n

When Bui isn\u2019t helping lead the Volunteer tennis team, he\u2019s leading the student body. He\u2019s the National Honor Society President for Bowie High School and will finish as either valedictorian or salutatorian upon graduation.<\/p>\n

“He\u2019s always working hard himself, so it\u2019s easy for him to lead other people,” said Steven Hoover, Bowie High School Head Tennis Coach. “They want to mimic what he does and his intensity.”<\/p>\n

Bui, whose favorite subjects are math and science, plans to major in mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n
