HOUSTON \u2013 Longtime KPRC 2 anchor, reporter and co-host of Houston Life Courtney Zavala <\/a>returned to KPRC 2 studios on Friday to co-host alongside Derrick Shore<\/a>. The duo previously hosted the daily talk\/magazine show together for five years, from 2018 to 2023.<\/p>\n

Derrick and Courtney looked back on memorable moments from the show, including the time the team pranked Courtney with a clown in studio, and the time their goat yoga segment didn\u2019t go as planned. <\/p>\n

They also caught up on what Courtney has been up to since leaving HL more than three years ago, from exploring the city\u2019s dining, shopping, sports and arts scenes to co-parenting her two boys, the oldest of whom is about the graduate high school.<\/p>\n
