CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas \u2014 Corpus Christi Medical Center has been named to Forbes\u2019 first-ever Top Hospitals list, placing it among a select group nationwide recognized for strong patient care.<\/p>\n
CCMC said the ranking reviewed more than 5,400 hospitals nationwide. Only about 14% earned a four- or five-star rating, with CCMC among those recognized.<\/p>\n
The list highlights hospitals that perform well in key areas, including patient outcomes, safety, value, and overall patient experience.<\/p>\n
Forbes created the ranking with guidance from doctors, researchers, and patient advocates.<\/p>\n
Hospital leaders said it is based on data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.<\/p>\n
